if you need to return a purchase and request a refund from our online store:

1.  please email us first at

- in your email subject field please add your order number and then write - return and refund request.

- in the email body please describe what the problem is.  i.e. ordered wrong product.

2.  once we receive your email, we will contact you to proceed with the return and refund process.

- for returns and refunds, products must not be opened or original seal broken.  we reserve the right to inspect returns.

- we cannot accept requests for returns and refunds more than 5 days after your order was received by you (confirmation of delivery to you from the shipping service is required).

- you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

- you must provide us with the shipping tracking number of your return.

- once your return is received by us and inspected, we will issue a refund to the card you used at checkout.  we cannot issue refunds to any other source, i.e. paid by credit card but requesting a check.

we are not responsible for lost shipments or packages damaged in shipment by the courier.
